Wumi Agunbiade is a former professional basketball player turned mindfulness and mental performance coach passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. With a background in high-performance sports, Wumi draws on her experiences as an athlete and coach to help others build resilience, improve focus, and navigate challenges with confidence. Known for her dynamic approach and ability to inspire growth, Wumi combines mindfulness strategies with practical tools to support well-being and success. She is committed to creating meaningful spaces where individuals can develop their leadership, foster collaboration, and achieve personal and professional goals.
